1. Who is responsible for your data
Empact Group Sdn Bhd, SSM Registration No. 202301006713 (1500634-D) ("Empact", "we", "us"), is the data user responsible for personal data collected through myempactgroup.com, our checkout and our Services.
2. What we collect
- Contact and business details: name, company name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country.
- Order details: the package you buy, order reference, payment status and amount. Card and bank details are collected by our payment partner Xendit, not by us.
- Service data: information you share so we can run your campaigns, such as access to ad accounts, campaign results and lead or sales figures.
- Website data: cookies, device and browser information, pages visited and how you arrived at our Site.

- To process your order, collect payment and issue receipts and invoices
